Each project, from on-site engraving to studio work, goes through a thoughtful, tested process. This page walks you through how it works from inquiry to delivery and highlights what to expect, what I bring, and how I tailor every detail to fit your vision.

How it Works

Fill out the inquiry form and I’ll follow up within 48 hours with more details. You’ll likely be asked to send in references or inspiration photos.

Once we confirm the details, I’ll send a quote and contract. A deposit confirms your booking, and we’re ready to go.

From sketches to testing directly on the object, I prep every detail to make sure spacing, tools, and materials are just right.

Every piece is made by hand using calligraphy, engraving, or foiling. Event-day pieces are done on-site in minutes.

Guests get their personalized pieces and custom orders will be ready for pickup. I’ll follow up with final details, your invoice, and a quick feedback form.

  • I offer calligraphy, hand engraving, and hot foiling for events, in-studio commissions for those irreplaceable projects that require special attention, as well as host calligraphy classes in the Metro Detroit area. You'll find me personalizing everything from perfume bottles to menus to leather goods, and more!

  • Custom orders: at least 3-4 weeks in advance

    Wedding Inquiries/Large Volume orders: at least 4-6 weeks in advance

    Any sooner than the above times could subject you to a rush fee

  • Custom orders: 5-7 business days, depending on the week.

    Wedding Inquiries: 10-14 business days at minimum.

  • Yes, I love to travel for events! Although I'm based in Metro Detroit, I am open to travel — just include the event location in your inquiry and we'll go from there.

  • Just about anything: perfume bottles, lip glosses, wine glasses, makeup palettes, leather goods, mirrors, and more. If I can write or engrave on it, I'm in.

    Although if you are unsure if your item is personalize-able, I highly recommend to email me with the link or a description, and multiple photos so I can assess.

  • Yes! I offer vintage mirror rentals for signage or event displays. Sizing and availability can be shared upon request. Rentals require a signed waiver, and pick up and drop off are at my location only.

  • Yes and no, it depends on the product itself:

    Alcohol: No I can not ship - The State of Michigan does not allow the shipment of alcohol without a license. But if you are local to Metro Detroit, I can fulfill this service locally.

    Mirrors, mugs, or other fragile items: No I cannot ship, due to the high risk of damage during shipment. But if you are local to Metro Detroit, I can fulfill this service locally.

    Perfume bottles: YES! Ground shipping only, but I have shipping customized perfume bottles across the US, so this can be done. And of course, this can also be done locally.

  • Pricing depends on the item, quantity, and personalization method. Please see pricing estimates on the services page or submit an inquiry and I'll follow up with a custom quote.

  • Due to the custom nature of my work, all sales are final. I go through at least 1 stage of approval with my client before doing anything permanent, so nothing should be a surprise. However, if there's an issue with your order, please contact me immediately, and I'll make it right.

  • I have a range of styles I can use based on the item, vibe, or brand. Let me know what you're going for — traditional, modern minimal, gothic — and I'll match the look. Depending on the nature of the final product, I can offer vinyl signage, hand lettered signage, or a combination of the two.
